Women’s Dental Health – dental information for patients
This ADA patient education pamphlet provides dental information on women’s oral health. The topics discussed include:
- Prevention of tooth and gum disease
- Dental problems encountered during pregnancy including pregnancy gingivitis, pregnancy epulis, damage from stomach acid and impacted wisdom teeth
- Dental problems encountered during puberty, menstruation and menopause
