Carl E Misch, DDS, MDS,is Associate Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics, University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Associate Professor at the Department of Periodontics, University of Michigan School of Dentistry, USA, and founder of the Misch Implant Institute. He is the author of Contemporary Implant Dentistry (second edition, Mosby, 1999).
