Dental Assisting

Torres and Ehrlich's Modern Dental Assisting

The 7 th edition of Modern Dental Assisting will continue to provide comprehensive coverage of the clinical and administrative role of the dental assistant. The new edition has been extensively revised with a new chapter organization and new full-color design. The text is reorganized and divided into 11 sections. Each section opens with an explanation of the accreditation standards so students recognize up front what they are expected to learn and why in the upcoming chapters. Chapters have been broken down into smaller units and more focused topics (from 39 chapters to 64 chapters). Essentially each chapter is a lesson, making learning as well as instruction easier. The art program is completely revamped and the number of illustrations has increased dramatically. Almost all line drawings are now in full-color; clinical photos are all in full-color.
