"Orthodontic-surgical treatment of dentofacial deformities is a continually evolving discipline and its practice is becoming more widespread. This book was written for orthodontists and maxillofacial surgeons who are working in this fascinating field, as well as for those who are preparing to do so. Drawing on more than 30 years of clinical experience, I have illustrated in this text the essential aspects of treatment of dentofacial anomalies while avoiding long theoretical explanations.
